Dan Young
Cheif Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Young has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of United Laboratories since 2009. Mr. Young joined the Company in 1989 and has held various positions within the Company, including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Strategic Planning, and Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Young earned a B.S. from Northern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from Benedictine University.
Eric Frazier
President
Mr. Frazier began his career with United Laboratories, Inc. as a Field Sales Representative. He won multiple sales awards and quickly moved into a Sales Management Position, serving as an Area Vice President, Vice President-Worldwide and became President in 2009. He has been in the chemical business for 50 years, working in various executive positions. During his tenure with United, he has successfully patented several products. He honorably served in the 507th Special Operations Intelligence Unit of the National Security Agency - U.S. Army Division.
Thomas Banach
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Banach has been the Chief Financial Officer of United Laboratories since 2009. Previously, Mr. Banach held various senior financial positions at Giftco, InGEAR Corporation, and LoDan Electronics. Mr. Banach earned a B.S. degree from Roosevelt University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Dana Killmer
Executive Vice President
Dana Killmer has been Executive Vice President at United Laboratories since 2017. Prior to this, she was Vice President for 10 years. Before joining United Laboratories in 2008, Dana was CEO of a $30M Consumer Goods Company and held executive positions at a $1B chemical company as well as Bella Pictures and Dallas Cowboys. Dana has received six separate Certificates of Esteem from the Department of Defense for patriotic services for members of the U.S. Armed Forces.
Michael Cusumano
VP Plant Operations
Mr. Cusumano has been Vice President of Plant Operations since 2012. Before joining United Laboratories, Mr. Cusumano worked in executive management manufacturing roles for TransDigm Group (NYSE:TDG) and Perkin Elmer (NYSE:RVTY). He has extensive training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and JIT-TPS processes.
Julie Benson
Vice President and Corporate Secretary
Vice President and Corporate Secretary Ms. Benson has been an officer of United since 1982, holding various positions, including Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Marketing, and Vice President of Logistics and Support. Ms. Benson attended Rutgers University studying business management and has served as an officer on several corporate boards, including United Laboratories, Opera Volunteers International, and the Swedish American Museum of Chicago.
