Description:
Used for flocculating out suspended solid particles in water. Provides more rapid and complete settling of sludge, decreases the time for floc formation, improves effluent clarity and decreases BOD levels. It also eliminates the use of ferric chloride (also used sometimes as a flocculant) and lime.
